Nicole Casey

President

Hi! My name is Nicole Casey and I am the new President of the Zeta Lambda Chapter! This will be my second year serving on the executive council, as I have just completed my term as the Vice President of Philanthropy! I am an Elementary Education and Psychology major with a minor in Special Education. On campus I am in KDP education honors society, a member of SEA, a front desk coordinator for the Office of Admissions, and I was an Orientation Leader! My involvement on campus has helped me to learn of so many resources and meet so many people that I am excited to work with! From being on exec and getting the opportunity to go to the ZTA Convention this past summer, I have so many goals for our chapter this next year and I am so excited to be directing a team of such hardworking leaders!

Zoë Jones

Vice President of Programming

Hello! I am Zoë Jones and I am excited to serve as Zeta Lambda’s new Vice President of Programming! I previously served as the Academics Chairman on exec and cannot wait to continue working alongside an amazing group of girls. I am passionate about leadership development and am grateful for the opportunity to lead our program council throughout the semester! On campus you can also find me in PRSSA, Student Entertainment Council, Bronc’s Box office and the Rider University Network!

Stephanie Watkins

Vice President of Learning and Development

Hi!! My name is Stephanie Watkins and I am so beyond excited to be Zeta Tau Alpha’s Vice President of Learning and Development! I knew since the second I joined this amazing chapter of women that I wanted to be a part of our new member experience. Joining ZTA has helped me transform into a version of myself that I never thought possible, and I want to provide that same opportunity for our new members. My ultimate goal is creating a safe and welcoming environment for these women to thrive and realize their potential. It is such an honor to hold this position and I am really looking forward to making an impact on our incoming members.

Amanda LaRosa

Vice President of Recruitment

Hello! My name Amanda LaRosa, and I proudly serve as our Vice President of Recruitment! Joining ZTA has been one of the best decisions of my college journey, and I’m endlessly grateful for the incredible women in our chapter and the wonderful opportunities I’ve gained. Recruitment has always been a passion of mine and I can’t wait to help create an unforgettable experience for our upcoming spring and fall recruitment seasons!

Presley Balmer

Vice President of Philanthropy

Hi, my name is Presley Balmer and I am the new Vice President of Philanthropy and Service for the Zeta Lambda chapter. I am a sophomore Digital Marketing major and I am thrilled to take on this position and everything this experience has to offer me. After working on the Philanthropy committee throughout the summer and fall, I was filled with passion, constantly thinking of new initiatives to spread awareness and raise funding for such a beautiful philanthropy that advocates for admirably strong women and men. I am so grateful to work beside an incredible Executive Council in a wonderful chapter filled with supportive, loving, likeminded, and beautiful women who I consider a second family. Overall, I am so excited to educate, spread awareness, raise money, and host wonderful events that serve those impacted by breast cancer, while strengthening our sisterhood! Until 1 in 8 is none in 8!!!!!

Grace Vasquez

Vice President of Administration

Hi! My name is Grace Vasquez and I am now the Vice President of Administration! I have served on exec this past year as Rituals, and am beyond excited to continue my growth and journey this coming year too! I am so grateful to be in such a beautiful chapter and part of such a strong executive team. I can’t wait to see where this position takes me and am passionate about how I can use it to elevate our chapter to the next level!

Ava Graves

Vice President of Harm Reduction

Hi! My name is Ava Graves and I am so excited to be serving as the new Vice President of Harm Reduction for ZTA! I just recently changed my major from Elementary Education to Business Administration after finding my passion for event planning and leading groups of people. I am also the secretary for the Women’s Club Soccer Team. Something I am looking forward to while holding this position is becoming a resource for my sisters and place of comfort for anyone to talk to. I cannot wait to see what this executive board does in the upcoming year!!

Maddie McKenna

Vice President of Member Experience

Hello!! My name is Maddie McKenna and I am so excited to join ZTA’s executive council as the Vice President of Member Experience! On campus I am a part of our Musical Theater program here at Rider as well as an Office Coordinator for the Office of Admissions! I have adored my time at ZTA thus far and I am thrilled to get to be a part of such a wonderful team leading this chapter. I can’t wait to see all we accomplish together and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to help respect the rituals of ZTA. So excited for the year ahead!

Leah Miller

Vice President of Campus Relations

Hi! My name is Leah Miller and I am so excited to be the next VP of Campus Relations!! I have loved getting to be apart of ZTA so far, creating so many meaningful relationships in the chapter and as VP of Campus Relations I hope to strengthen our relationships with other chapters on campus as well as supporting the other organizations in all of their endeavors!

Jordan Dechert

Vice President of Academic Achievement

My name is Jordan Dechert and I am the VP of Academic Achievement. I am a Biology major here at Rider and I am beyond dedicated to my studies. I am most excited to work alongside such a strong team help improve our chapter’s academic success. Through this role, I am able to encourage our sisters in reaching their academic goals, create an environment of excellence, and explore new opportunities for growth and progress. So thankful to be here and can’t wait for this next chapter!
